Refund Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly once payment is confirmed, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only available where our payment gateway makes a refund possible for the network and token used.

Stablecoin payments are on-chain transactions and are not reversible the way a card payment is. If a refund is available, it will be issued back through the payment gateway, not as a new on-chain transaction from us directly.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your request. We will let you know whether a refund is available for your order's network and token, and the next steps.

If you never completed payment, there is nothing to refund - simply start a new payment or let the order expire. See the FAQ for underpaid and expired payment handling.
